Premiera Consulting under the corporate name of PT Servistama Insan Prima. We provide high-quality and special consulting services in Sustainability Management Services such as ESG Global Report and Rating, International Sustainability and Carbon Consulting (ISCC), Green Gold Label (GGL), Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Standards, and Sustainability Strategic Level. We also deliver Industrial Management Systems (ISO) and Business Management Services. Premiera Consulting is the first corporate of sustainability consulting firm in Indonesian.

Basic Principles of Professionalism

Independence

In carrying out its Consulting activities Premiera upholds the principle of impartiality. Impartiality is perceived to produce a Consulting that fosters trust. The Premiera recognizes that a source of income for Consulting bodies is payment of clients for Consulting, and this is a potential threat to impartiality. Therefore Premiera is an independent organization that is self-financed, to ensure that the principle of impartiality is maintained. To gain and maintain trust, Premiera Consulting decisions are based on objective evidence of conformity or non-conformity, any decisions made are not influenced by other interests or by other parties. The Consulting decision is made and signed by a competent and neutral Certificate Decision Maker who is not responsible for conducting the audit and is not a member of the audit team.

Competence

Premiera is supported by competent personnel in management systems in order to provide credible and trusted Consulting. Every Premiera employee is required to continue to improve competence in a sustainable manner, monitored and recorded. Competency enhancement with relevant and adequate training, education, and audit experience.

Responsible

The client organization has the responsibility to fulfill the Consulting requirements required by Premiera. Premiera is responsible for accessing and assessing objective evidence that is valid and in accordance with standards as a basis for making Consulting decisions. Based on the audit conclusions, Premiera makes a Consulting decision to grant Consulting if the evidence of conformity is sufficient and in accordance with the standards and vice versa. Consulting decision-making is regulated in the Premiera Procedure, namely regarding Initial Consulting. Each audit is based on sampling within the client organization’s management system and is therefore not a guarantee that requirements have been met in their entirety.

Transparency

Premiera provides access to the public or discloses information in a timely manner regarding the audit process and Consulting process, as well as the Consulting status of an organization (for example, granting of Consulting, expansion, maintenance, renewal, suspension, reduction in scope, or revocation of Consulting), so that they always have confidence in integrity and credibility of Consulting. Openness is a principle in accessing or presenting information appropriately. Consulting status can be accessed through our website which can be accessed at https://www.premieraconsulting.com/. In order to gain or maintain Consulting trust, Premiera has provided access or can disclose appropriate non-confidential information regarding specific audit conclusions (e.g. audits to respond to complaints) to certain interested parties. Confidentiality

Every Premiera employee is obliged to safeguard client information obtained from carrying out Consulting activities and will not provide any information about clients to third parties, unless required in a written agreement. All information that may not be published to other parties must be treated as confidential. Information about clients from sources other than clients must be treated as confidential, which is consistent with Premiera’s policy.
